Shipping & Returns
At Summit CBD, we are committed to providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping. We offer shipping to all 50 states for our Delta 9 and CBD products, and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
For Delta 8 products, due to changes in state law, we cannot ship to the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont. If you attempt to purchase Delta 8 products and have a shipping address in one of these states, an absurdly high shipping fee will appear in your cart. This fee will be removed once the Delta 8 product is removed from your cart.
We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, and we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we typically estimate between 3-7 business days for delivery.
To show our appreciation for our customers, we offer free 3-5 day shipping with first class USPS mail for orders above $20.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Summit CBD, we strive to provide the highest quality hemp derived products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at Info@summitcbd.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Provide the reason for your return and the order number.
Pack the item securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7-10 business days. We will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling fees.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, or products that have been damaged after delivery. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.
